It'd be completely understandable if Quackity is/was pissed about USMP, because his server has been in development longer, came out first, and is a passion project originating from his desire to bring together 2 communities that he is a part of (as oppose to Dream who seems to have been inspired by SquidCraft / maybe Quackity himself).
